4. Prescription Medication Policy
4.1 Valid Prescriptions
Prescription-only medications may be dispensed only upon verification of a valid prescription issued by an authorized healthcare professional, in accordance with applicable Israeli law.
Customers may be required to provide prescription information and identification before medication can be supplied.

The Pharmacy may also refuse or delay dispensing when reasonably necessary to protect patient safety.
4.4 Online Prescription Requests
Where an online prescription request service is available, customers may submit information through the communication channels designated by the Pharmacy.
Such submissions are requests for review and do not constitute automatic prescription approval.
Prescriptions must be processed through legally permitted methods, including authorized electronic prescription systems or other accepted verification procedures where applicable.
4.5 Prescription Medication Delivery
Prescription medications may be delivered only where permitted by Israeli law and subject to applicable verification, pharmacist supervision, storage, transportation, and handover requirements.
Certain medications may require additional safeguards or may not be eligible for delivery.

- Product availability.
- Payment authorization.
- Verification of customer details.
- Prescription verification where applicable.

We may decline or cancel an order where required or permitted by law, including cases involving suspected fraud, unavailable products, invalid prescriptions, or patient safety concerns.
Where payment has been collected for an order that cannot be fulfilled, an appropriate refund will be provided in accordance with applicable law.
8. Pricing and Payment
Product prices are displayed in Israeli New Shekels (ILS/₪), unless otherwise stated.
Prices will include or disclose applicable taxes, including VAT where required by Israeli law.
Any additional delivery charges or service fees will be disclosed before the customer confirms the purchase.
Payment methods available through the Website may vary.
Customers agree to provide valid payment information and authorize payment for confirmed purchases.
We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or technical errors, subject to applicable consumer protection requirements.
If an error affects an order, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate lawful resolution.
We will not impose additional charges without the customer’s authorization where such authorization is legally required.
9. Product Availability
All orders are subject to stock availability.
Although we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate product listings, displayed inventory information may not always reflect real-time stock levels.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order is submitted, we may:
- Notify the customer of the unavailability.
- Offer a revised delivery estimate.
- Offer an appropriate alternative where legally permitted and accepted by the customer.
- Cancel the unavailable item and issue an applicable refund.

Delivery services may be offered within designated geographical areas in Israel.
Delivery eligibility depends on product type, service availability, applicable legal requirements, and operational conditions.
10.2 Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times may be provided during checkout or through customer service.
Delivery estimates are subject to product availability, prescription verification, transportation conditions, and other relevant circumstances.
Where a legally binding delivery date has been agreed, the customer’s statutory rights concerning delayed or failed delivery remain applicable.
10.3 Delivery of Medications
Medication deliveries must comply with applicable Israeli Ministry of Health requirements.
Where necessary, appropriate storage and transportation conditions must be maintained to protect product quality, safety, and integrity.
Medications requiring special storage, refrigeration, or handling will be delivered only where the necessary arrangements are available and legally compliant.
10.4 Recipient Verification
Customers may be required to provide identification or other information needed to verify the identity or authorization of the recipient.
Prescription medications will be handed over only in accordance with applicable legal and professional requirements.
10.5 Failed Deliveries

Additional delivery fees, if any, will be charged only where properly disclosed and legally permitted.
10.6 Pharmacy Collection
Where collection services are available, customers may be notified when their orders are ready.
Prescription medications remain subject to pharmacist approval and any necessary identity or prescription checks before handover.
11. Order Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
Cancellation and refund rights are governed by applicable Israeli legislation, including the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and relevant regulations.
11.1 Cancellation of Eligible Distance-Sale Transactions
For eligible products purchased through a distance-sale transaction, consumers generally have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days, calculated in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
For goods, the relevant period generally extends until 14 days after receipt of the product or the legally required transaction disclosure document, whichever is later.
Special statutory protections, including extended cancellation periods for certain eligible consumers, will apply where required by law.
11.2 Medication Returns
Medicines may fall within the statutory exception for perishable goods and may therefore be excluded from ordinary change-of-mind cancellation rights.
For health and safety reasons, medicines that have been dispensed or delivered may not be eligible for routine return or resale.
This does not remove any statutory rights or remedies arising from defective products, dispensing errors, incorrect products, non-conformity, or other legally recognized grounds.
11.3 Non-Medicinal Products
Eligible non-medicinal products may be returned or cancelled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Some products may be excluded from cancellation rights due to their nature, condition, or statutory classification.
Any applicable exclusions will be interpreted in accordance with Israeli law.

Customers should contact the Pharmacy promptly if they receive a product that is:
- Defective.
- Damaged.
- Incorrectly supplied.
- Inconsistent with the order or applicable product description.
- Otherwise non-conforming.
The Pharmacy will review the complaint and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.
11.5 Cancellation Fees
Where permitted by Israeli law, a cancellation fee may apply to an eligible cancellation.
The standard statutory limit is generally the lower of:
- 5% of the transaction value; or
- NIS 100.
No cancellation fee will be charged in circumstances where Israeli law prohibits such a fee, including applicable cases involving defects, non-conformity, or failure to supply the product as agreed.
11.6 Refund Processing
Where a statutory cancellation right is validly exercised, refunds will be processed within the period required by applicable law, generally within 14 days after receipt of the cancellation notice.
Any legally required cancellation of payment charges and confirmation of cancellation will be provided.
